From the Menu page you can see exactly what's on the smoker today, with live sellout status the moment a meat runs out. Order Online lets you skip the line and order ahead for pickup, while the ordering kiosk at the truck gets walk-ups in and out fast.
It's built for our regulars, first-timers in Northeast El Paso, and anyone who wants to know whether the brisket is still available before they drive over. Everything here — the menu, hours, and daily availability — is powered by the same system our kitchen and window staff use, so what you see is always what we have.
